Saturday 26th April – Motorcyclists Course
Hertfordshire Fire and Rescue Service offer free training for motorcyclists? The half day course takes place in Stevenage from 9am – 1pm and covers crash scene management, first aid and what you need to be thinking as a biker. Fridays, starting 2nd May – Explore Your Sewing Machine (Sewing For Beginners)
This course will take you from the very basics, such as setting up your sewing machine and discovering what the ‘knobs’ do. You will also practice your skills by sewing four basic projects including bunting and a draw string bag. This course is aimed at people who have little or no knowledge of how to use their sewing machine and how to sew using a machine. It can also serve as a refresher for those who used to sew. Tuesday 22nd July – Story Crafts
In this two hour workshop you will take part in a range of activities linked to popular stories. You and your child/ren will create a Story Sack and make some resources, such as puppets, to go in it.
