Friday 23rd January – Friday Market
Friday Market, Church Square and Mansion Vista, Tring for fruit, veg, cheese, olives, fish, plants, gifts, clothes and even pet treats. Every Friday morning.

Friday 23rd January – Baby Rhyme Time
These fun, half hour sessions of songs and rhymes are perfect for helping your child to learn language skills and are a great opportunity for you to meet other families too. Fridays from 10.30am – 11am. At Berkhamsted Library, High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HB.

Saturday 24th January – Tring Farmers Market
Tring Farmers Market began in May 1999 to promote the sale of local food for local people. Since then it has established a reputation as a really friendly shopping experience. All food is either made or grown locally and the people serving you are usually the producers who are willing to answer any questions regarding the products. Saturday from 9am – 12.30pm. The market is on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Except for December, when they are held the 1st and 3rd Saturday. Markets are held at the Church Square, HP23 5AE, apart from the Apple Parade on the 11th October which is held at the Market Place, Brook St, HP23 5ED.

Saturday 24th January – Storytime
These interactive story sessions are perfect for pre-school children to enjoy with their parent/carer. Join in with a mix of picture book stories and rhymes, Saturdays from 2.15pm – 2.45pm. At Berkhamsted Library, High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HB.

Monday 26th January – Stay and Play
A fun session with various activities and resources for children. There is a special area for babies with family support staff available to help, plus the chance to socialise with other parents and carers. Siblings Welcome. Drop in just £2.50 per family. Monday 26th January – Brush Party
Join Brush Party, the UK’s ‘Paint and Sip’ experts at The Old Mill, London Road, Berkhamsted, HP4 2NB on Monday 26th January from 7pm – 10pm to create their fabulous theme Spring In The City. To book click here

Tuesday 27th January – Warm Welcome
Come along for a hot drink and activities, jigsaws, newspapers, chat and maybe stay for lunch. At St, Martha’s Church, Park Road, Tring, HP23 6BP. Tuesdays from 11.30am – 1.30pm.

Tuesday 27th January – Non Contact Boxing Classes
Led by a specialist neuro physiotherapist, and Harry Skelton who is an experienced boxing coach with many years experience teaching people of all ages and abilities. Research shows the importance of exercise to help manage symptoms of Parkinson’s. Non contact boxing can help with co-ordination, balance, endurance and speed, as well as bringing in cognition and memory as part of the training. Wednesday 28th January – Baby Group
Meet other families with young babies and the Family Support Team in a friendly environment. During the session there will be time to play and discover more about your baby’s development as well as support your wellbeing as a new parent. Wednesdays from 10am – 11.30am, at Little Hands Little Feet Family Centre, Douglas Gardens, Berkhamsted, HP4 3PE. Chargeable drop in, £1.50 per family.

Wednesday 28th January – Senior Games Afternoon
Senior Games Afternoon is an opportunity for seniors to gather and play games together, with tea, coffee and cake. At High Street Baptist Church, High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB. Wednesdays from 2pm – 4pm.

Wednesday 28th January – Lego Club
Great for improving problem solving, spatial awareness and creative thinking. Wednesdays from 3.45pm – 4.45pm. At Berkhamsted Library, High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HB.

Thursday 29th January – Active Rhyme Time
Fun, active rhymes and songs for your baby and toddler. A great way to meet other families and develop your child’s communication and physical skills. Siblings welcome. Thursdays from 9.45am – 10.45am, at Orchard Family Centre, Silk Mill Way, Tring, HP23 5DJ.

Thursday 29th January – Valuation Day
Pop in to see experts at this valuation day at The Kings Arms, High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HL. The friendly expert will be happy to provide you with a free valuation of your Jewellery, Watches, Silver, Coins, Wine and Whiskey, Toys, Collectables, Antiques, Fine Art and more. Friday 30th January – The George Harrison Project
Enjoy the UK’s ultimate live music tribute to George Harrison, performing his best-loved hits from The Beatles, his solo career and the Travelling Wilburys. This is a popular show, including interesting facts about George and his music, and is suitable for all ages. Monday 2nd February – An Evening with Arsenal Legends
Amassing more than 900 appearances in the red and white of The Gunners between them, three Arsenal legends are coming to town to talk about their action-packed football careers. Starring Ray Parlour (Romford Pele), Paul Merson, now a regular face on Sky Sports; midfielder Perry Groves, now a radio presenter will discuss the games, dressing room/training ground stories, managers, fall outs and everything you wanted to know about playing for a successful football club. There will be a chance to pose questions to the stars during the evening. A limited number of VIP tickets are available, affording the opportunity for a meet and greet with the legendary players and a photograph opportunity before the show. Saturday 7th February – Repair Cafe
This Repair Café is a volunteer run service offering people the chance to bring their broken items to be repaired, reducing waste, saving money and resources, and working towards a more sustainable future for our community. Free parking, drop in – no need to book. Refreshments available. Donations welcome for repairs. First Saturday of the month from 9.30am – 12.30pm. Saturday 7th February – Green Eco-Friendly Market
Green Eco-Friendly Market at Berkhamsted Town Hall, on Saturday 7th February from 10am – 3pm. Located on the bustling high street, this indoor market is the perfect spot to showcase your products to a conscious, creative audience. Next is the Spring Artisan market on Saturday 7th March.

Saturday 7th February – Faure Requiem
Come and join Berkhamsted Choral Society for a workshop where we will sing choruses from Faure Requiem (Novello edition) and Handel’s glorious Coronation Anthem, Zadok the Priest. This is for both experienced singers who may be familiar with the works and also those who would like to give choral singing a go in an informal and friendly atmosphere. Bring lunch, there will be hot drinks and cakes for sale. We will end with a free informal performance for friends and family. You may even be inspired to join the choir. Join Tring Library, High Street, HP23 4AF on Tuesday 10th February from 6.30pm, for a special event with local author Joanna Miller. Monday 16th February – Famaily Fun
Dacorum Family Centre Service run ‘Family Fun’ events across Hertfordshire, where they welcome little ones 0-5 years, and their siblings up to 8 years, to come along and take part in fun activities. It is a great way to meet other local parents and carers, take part in activities and also somewhere to visit that does not break the bank. They only charge £2.50 for the whole family. Friday 20th February – Sensation: Abba Tribute Band
Widely considered to be one of the best ever Abba Tribute Acts, they play to packed theatres and festivals throughout Europe. A stunning stage show, which combines costume changes, lighting effects and a faithful reproduction of the Abba sound. A great evening’s entertainment is guaranteed for all age ranges. Saturday 28th February – Sushi Making Workshop
This hands-on Sushi Making Masterclass will teach you how to make four different kinds of authentic sushi in a relaxed and fun environment. Children (8+) must be accompanied by an adult. Sunday 1st March – Berkhamsted Antiques and Vintage Market
Antiques and vintage street market runs on the first Sunday of the month from March until December. Explore the High Street filled with stalls selling an array of antique and vintage items including furniture, records, vintage clothing, books, lighting, mirrors and more. Across the road, the Civic Centre hosts our indoor antiques fair, filled with tables of silver, jewellery, and collectables. At Berkhamsted High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3AP, from 9.30am – 3.30pm.

Friday 13th – Sunday 15th March – Tring Spring FEASTival

Sunday 22nd March – Tring Plant-Based Market
Explore a vibrant selection of artisan traders showcasing their unique creations, including freshly made street food, barista-crafted coffee, handmade crafts and delicious snacks. Tuesday 31st March – The Littlest Yak
This musical adaptation of the award-winning children’s book will delight audiences young and old with beautiful puppets, catchy tunes and an uplifting tale of self-acceptance for all the family. Saturday 4th April – Art Fair
Art fair bringing together talented local artists to showcase and sell their original work. Come along, support your local creatives, and find something unique for your home or as a gift. Original paintings, Illustrations, Photography, Lino prints, Digital art, Art merchandise. There’s plenty to explore, chat about, and perhaps even take home. Saturday 6th June – Hertfordshire Big Band
The Hertfordshire Big Band makes its debut at Berkhamsted Jazz, featuring some of Hertfordshire’s finest jazz musicians. Expect to hear big band music spanning the last century, both instrumental and vocal, as well as tributes to some of the finest jazz musicians and band leaders. Saturday 13th and Sunday 14th June – Great British Food Festival
With endless entertainment such as live chef demos, live music, a live fire stage, children’s entertainment, amazing artisan producers, street food stalls and bars. Sunday 21st June – Marsworth Steam and Classic Rally
Hundreds of vintage and classic vehicles will be gleaming at Marsworth, including some very impressive cars, tractors, commercials and military vehicles. Stunning exhibits aside, there will also be an abundance of activities to keep all entertained. For the little ones and the young at heart the children’s vintage fairground is always a success, and throughout the day there will be various events in the arena, some enabling audience participation. With a range of gourmet treats to suit snackers and larger appetites alike. The Beer and Tea tents will be on hand with a selection of Local Real Ales and hefty slabs of cake, all accompanied by live music. Sunday 21st June from 11am – 5pm.
