Monday 14th September – Brush Party

Tuesday 15th September – Community Fridge
The Berkhamsted Community Fridge is a community initiative open to all for anyone to take food, which includes surplus from supermarkets, local food businesses, producers, households and gardens, all collected by Berkhamsted Together volunteers. Everyone is encouraged to come and collect food to save it from going to waste Tuesdays from 2pm – 3.30pm at Northchurch Social Centre, Bell Lane, Northchurch, Berkhamsted, HP4 3RD.

Tuesday 15th September – Craft and a Cuppa
Come and knit and natter or sit and sew, or bring along any other craft and enjoy a cuppa at the same time. Every Tuesday from 2pm – 4pm, at Saint Peter and Saint Paul Church, Tring, HP23 5AE.

Wednesday 16th September – Senior Games Afternoon
Senior Games Afternoon is an opportunity for seniors to gather and play games together, with tea, coffee and cake. At High Street Baptist Church, High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB. Wednesdays from 2pm – 4pm.

Pop in to see experts at this valuation day at The Kings Arms, High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HL. The friendly expert will be happy to provide you with a free valuation of your Jewellery, Watches, Silver, Coins, Wine and Whiskey, Toys, Collectables, Antiques, Fine Art and more. Thursday 17th September – Berkhamsted Art Trail
The Berkhamsted Art Trail brings 50+ artists and makers to three venues in and around Berkhamsted. Be inspired, meet the makers, watch demonstrations and find something unique for your home. Berkhamsted Civic Centre, opening event. Thursday 17th September 5pm – 8pm. Lagley Meadow Hall and Hill Farm Barn. Thursday 17th – Sunday 20th, from 10am – 4pm.

Friday 18th September – Friday Market
Friday Market, Church Square and Mansion Vista, Tring for fruit, veg, cheese, olives, fish, plants, gifts, clothes and even pet treats. Every Friday morning from 8am – 1pm.

Saturday 19th September – Fun Dog Show
Bring your furry friends down to Spider Park, Tring on Saturday 19th September (weather permitting) for a fun-filled morning celebrating local pups. All funds raised will directly support projects for young people in Tring. Come along, enter your dog, and help support the youth community. Saturday 19th September from 10.30am.

Saturday 19th September – Repair Cafe
Repair cafe where skilled individuals volunteer their tools and materials to help fix cherished items that are no longer functional or are damaged. There are a variety of items that can be fixed for free or at little cost, such as a bicycle’s broken chain, a worn-out teddy bear, a toaster that fails to pop up and more. The third Saturday of every month from 10.30am – 1.30pm. Just drop in, no appointment needed. At High Street Baptist Church Hall, High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB.

Friday 25th September – Illusion Impossible

Saturday 26th September – Tring Farmers Market
Tring Farmers Market began in May 1999 to promote the sale of local food for local people. Since then it has established a reputation as a really friendly shopping experience. All food is either made or grown locally and the people serving you are usually the producers who are willing to answer any questions regarding the products. Saturday from 9am – 12.30pm. The market is on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Except for December, when they are held the 1st and 3rd Saturday. Markets are held at the Church Square, HP23 5AE, apart from the Apple Parade on the 11th October which is held at the Market Place, Brook St, HP23 5ED.

Saturday 3rd October – Repair Cafe
Berko Repair Café is a volunteer run service offering people the chance to bring their broken items to be repaired, reducing waste, saving money and resources, and working towards a more sustainable future for the community. Originally established in 2021, Berko Repair Café now runs in partnership with EcoBerko and Northchurch Social Centre, which is now where their event takes place each month. At Bell Lane, Northchurch, Berkhamsted, HP4 3RD. First Saturday of the month from 9.30am – 12.30pm.

Saturday 3rd October – Autumn Artisan Market
Come along, have a browse, meet the makers, discover something you will not find on the high street and support brilliant independent businesses. A fabulous mix of independent creatives, artists, makers and small businesses. At Berkhamsted Town Hall, 196 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3AP. Saturday 3rd October from 10am – 3pm, free entry.

Sunday 4th October – Berkhamsted Antiques and Vintage Market
Antiques and vintage street market runs on the first Sunday of the month from March until December. Explore the High Street filled with stalls selling an array of antique and vintage items including furniture, records, vintage clothing, books, lighting, mirrors and more. Across the road, the Civic Centre hosts our indoor antiques fair, filled with tables of silver, jewellery, and collectables. At Berkhamsted High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3AP, from 9.30am – 3.30pm.

Friday 9th October – DENS Charity Golf Day
Annual DENS Charity Golf Day at the prestigious Stocks Golf Club, Stocks Road, Aldbury, Tring, HP23 5RX, a beautiful championship course that’s normally reserved for members only. Whether you are a regular golfer or just enjoy an occasional round, golfers of all abilities are welcome for what promises to be a fantastic day on and off the course. There will also be plenty of opportunities to win prizes, take part in competitions, and bid on exclusive experiences and unique items in the charity auction. Every booking helps DENS continue its vital work supporting people facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion across our communities. Friday 23rd October – Quiz Night
Local charity and community organisation Tring Together is calling on residents, local businesses and community groups to test their trivia skills at the upcoming Tring Together Quiz Night on Friday 23 October from 7.30pm. Ticket proceeds directly support the organisation’s year-round calendar of beloved local events, including the annual Christmas Festival, Spring Fayre and Summer Carnival. on Saturday 7th November, the annual popular Berkhamsted Fireworks will return to Berkhamsted Cricket Club, Castle Hill, Berkhamsted, HP4 1HE.

Friday 20th November – Showaddywaddy in Concert

Tuesday 24th November – Slipper Swap
Slipper Swap events prevent slips and trips by picking up free slippers and getting lots of advice about staying safe and well in your home. You can pick up free anti-slip slippers, find out about local social groups and clubs you might enjoy, get advice from occupational therapists and other event partners, and book a Home Fire Safety visit with the Fire Service. Wednesday 2nd – Saturday 5th December – Elf the Musical
Elf the Musical brings the beloved holiday film to life in a joyful, laugh-out-loud stage spectacular that the whole family will adore. Sunday 13th December – Dear Santa Live
From the author of the well-loved children’s book Dear Zoo, Rod Campbell, comes Dear Santa and it’s LIVE! This show is an ideal introduction to theatre for those aged one and over. The Christmas cheer continues, with the opportunity to meet Santa in his grotto after the show, where every child will receive an extra special gift. Saturday 19th December – The Snowman with live Brass Band
Join Amersham Band as they present a wonderful screening of Raymond Brigg’s The Snowman, with Howard Blakes well-loved score brought to life by the band. Followed by a selection of festive favourites. The Snowman follows the adventures of a young boy who builds a snowman that magically comes to life, taking him on a night time journey to the North Pole. Tuesday 29th December – Sunday 3rd January – Sleeping Beauty
Tring’s annual pantomime is back with a new show, Sleeping Beauty, including the usual fun and frolics. Cheer, boo and sing along to this family favourite, then join them on stage at the end of the show. Featuring familiar faces and some new ones too, with not a celebrity in sight, the cast and crew look forward to welcoming everyone to this year’s pantomime. Tuesday 5th January – Baby Rhyme Time
These fun, half hour sessions of songs and rhymes are perfect for helping your child to learn language skills and are a great opportunity for you to meet other families too. Baby Rhyme Time is free although donations are welcome. No booking required. For the comfort and safety of families they may have to limit numbers so entry to a session cannot be guaranteed. Thursday 4th February – Tring Community Book Club
Meet at Tring Library, High Street, HP23 4AF, the last Thursday of every month from 1pm – 2pm. A place to have a chat, make new friends and discover new and exciting authors and books. Places are limited, there will be a small charge to cover the cost of the books reservation which you will pay to the group leader.

Saturday 20th March – G4: Phantoms of the Popera
