Wednesday 17th June – Lego Club

Come along for fun challenges that build problem solving skills, spatial awareness, and creative thinking. Suitable for children aged 5-11 years old. Children under 5 will not be able to attend this session. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult. At Berkhamsted Library, High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HB. Places are limited so please book at the library. Wednesdays from 3.45pm – 4.45pm.


Wednesday 17th June – Live Next To The Apollo

Live Next To The Apollo returns to the Centenary Theatre, Kings Road, Berkhamsted, HP4 3BG, with another fantastic comedy line-up this Summer featuring, Stephen K Amos, Jeff Innocent, Alistair Williams and Ben Norris. The friendly expert will be happy to provide you with a free valuation of your Jewellery, Watches, Silver, Coins, Wine and Whiskey, Toys, Collectables, Antiques, Fine Art and more. Thursday 18th June – Open Folk Music

Come and join the New Moon Morris Musicians every 3rd Thursday of the month from 8pm,for an open folk music session. All welcome to come and play, no experience necessary (mainly instrumental). At The Red Lion, Vicarage Road, Marsworth, Tring, HP23 4LU.


Friday 19th June – Friday Market

Friday Market, Church Square and Mansion Vista, Tring for fruit, veg, cheese, olives, fish, plants, gifts, clothes and even pet treats. Every Friday morning.


Friday 19th June – Choir on the Green Summer Concert

Choir On The Green presents a feel‑good summer music night for DENS. Doors and the charity bar (all profits to DENS) will open at 7pm. Then take your seats at your tables, for an uplifting concert by the wonderful 100+ person choir. They will sing chart hits, choral classics and songs from stage and screen. Saturday 20th June – Repair Cafe

Repair cafe where skilled individuals volunteer their tools and materials to help fix cherished items that are no longer functional or are damaged. There are a variety of items that can be fixed for free or at little cost, such as a bicycle’s broken chain, a worn-out teddy bear, a toaster that fails to pop up and more. The third Saturday of every month from 10.30am – 1.30pm. Just drop in, no appointment needed. At High Street Baptist Church Hall, High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB.


Sunday 21st June – Marsworth Steam and Classic Rally

Hundreds of vintage and classic vehicles will be gleaming at Marsworth, including some very impressive cars, tractors, commercials and military vehicles. Stunning exhibits aside, there will also be an abundance of activities to keep all entertained. For the little ones and the young at heart the children’s vintage fairground is always a success, and throughout the day there will be various events in the arena, some enabling audience participation. With a range of gourmet treats to suit snackers and larger appetites alike. The Beer and Tea tents will be on hand with a selection of Local Real Ales and hefty slabs of cake, all accompanied by live music. Sunday 21st June from 11am – 5pm. Sunday 21st June – Sundays at The Bell

Amazingly talented jazz singer followed by the amazing talent of Tring and surrounding areas. Finishing off with karaoke and a good old fashioned sing along. Sundays from 5pm – 10.30am, at The Bell, High Street, Tring, HP23 5AA. Until at least end of June.


Tuesday 23rd June – Community Fridge

The Berkhamsted Community Fridge is a community initiative open to all for anyone to take food, which includes surplus from supermarkets, local food businesses, producers, households and gardens, all collected by Berkhamsted Together volunteers. Everyone is encouraged to come and collect food to save it from going to waste Tuesdays from 2pm – 3.30pm at Northchurch Social Centre, Bell Lane, Northchurch, Berkhamsted, HP4 3RD.


Tuesday 23rd June – Craft and a Cuppa

Come and knit and natter or sit and sew, or bring along any other craft and enjoy a cuppa at the same time. Every Tuesday from 2pm – 4pm, at Saint Peter and Saint Paul Church, Tring, HP23 5AE.


Tuesday 23rd June – Cricket Club’s Women’s and Girls’ Training

Calling all cricket enthusiasts, Tring Park Cricket Club, London Road, Tring, HP23 6HA, women’s and girls’ programme is the place to be. Led by ECB Level 3 coach and pro cricketer Gemma Marriott, these Tuesday sessions (softball 6pm – 7pm, hardball 6.45pm – 8pm) are all about laughter, learning and maybe a few dodgy bowling attempts. Weekly until the end of August.


Saturday 27th June – Tring Farmers Market

Tring Farmers Market began in May 1999 to promote the sale of local food for local people. Since then it has established a reputation as a really friendly shopping experience. All food is either made or grown locally and the people serving you are usually the producers who are willing to answer any questions regarding the products. Saturday from 9am – 12.30pm. The market is on the second and fourth Saturday of the month. Except for December, when they are held the 1st and 3rd Saturday. Markets are held at the Church Square, HP23 5AE, apart from the Apple Parade on the 11th October which is held at the Market Place, Brook St, HP23 5ED.


Sunday 28th June – The Petertide Fair

A fun-filled family fête with afternoon entertainments, games, stalls, food and drink. Drop by for Pimms or a beer in the sun, browse the plant stalls and bric-à-brac stalls. For youngsters, there are train rides, and bring a cuddly toy to ride the daring Teddy Zip Wire from the bell tower. Free entry. All proceeds go to the St Peter’s Renovation Appeal, helping them to fix their leaking church roof. Sunday 28th June from 12.30pm – 3.30pm. At St Peter’s Church, Church Lane, Berkhamsted, HP4 2AX.


Sunday 28th June – Sunnyside Church Community Fete

Join this community fete in George Street park, Berkhamsted. They will have stalls selling craft items, refreshments and free activities for children and families. Sunday 28th June from 2pm.


Friday 3rd July – Family BBQ

Join an evening filled with entertainment, face painting and more, at Toad Hall Nursery, Victory Road, Gossoms End, Berkhamsted, HP4 1DL. Friday 3rd July from 5pm – 7pm.


Sunday 5th July – Berkhamsted Antiques and Vintage Market

Antiques and vintage street market runs on the first Sunday of the month from March until December. Explore the High Street filled with stalls selling an array of antique and vintage items including furniture, records, vintage clothing, books, lighting, mirrors and more. Across the road, the Civic Centre hosts our indoor antiques fair, filled with tables of silver, jewellery, and collectables. At Berkhamsted High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3AP, from 9.30am – 3.30pm.


Thursday 9th July – Big Quiz Night

Big Quiz Night with Rock ‘n’ Roll Bingo brings Tring neighbours, friends and local businesses together for an evening of questions, laughs and light-hearted competition in the Tring Brewery Marquee, Pound Meadow, London Road, Tring, HP23 5NB. Every ticket helps them run the community events that keep the town vibrant and connected. Gather your team of 6, book your tickets and get ready for a relaxed night out with a well-stocked Tring Brewery bar, raffle prizes and plenty of chances to catch up with familiar faces. Friday 10th July – Tring Beer and Band Night

Enjoy an afternoon and evening of live music and beer, while raising vital funds for Rennie Grove Peace. Beer tent open from 2pm. Band Night starts from 7.30pm. Friday 10th July – Comedy Night

A brilliant evening of professional stand-up comedy at Ashlyns School, Chesham Road, Berkhamsted, HP4 3AH, on Friday 10th July. Headlined by Nathan Caton, who has starred on Live at the Apollo, Mock the Week and Richard Osman’s House of Games, comedy-goers will also be entertained by award-winning comedians Jenny Collier and Christian Reilly. The fabulous evening will be hosted by the multi-award winning Chris Purchase. Comedy is from 8pm, with food and drinks served from 6. Saturday 11th July – Summer Fete

Annual Summer Fete on Saturday 11th July from 12 noon – 3.30pm, in the grounds of St Mary’s Church, High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3QN. As usual, they will have BBQ, a fully licensed bar, stalls, entertainment, fun and games. New this year is a dog show, all entries welcome.


Sunday 12th July – Sunday Soundscape

Looking for the perfect way to wrap up your weekend? Join the fourth and final day of the Tring Together Summer Carnival. They are taking over the Tring Brewery Marquee for a high-energy Sunday afternoon. Get ready to dance as Tring’s very own Attention Seekers take the stage. They will be headlining the afternoon with a set guaranteed to end the carnival on a high note. Eat, drink and relax. Cool off with a refreshing pint (or two) from the legendary, well-stocked Tring Brewery bar. Grab a bite from local vendors to keep your energy up for the music. Entry is free. Saturday 5th September – Wellbeing Market

Green Eco-Friendly Market at Berkhamsted Town Hall, on Saturday 5th September from 10am – 3pm. Located on the bustling high street, this indoor market is the perfect spot to showcase your products to a conscious, creative audience.


Saturday 10th October – Sushi Making

This hands-on Sushi Making Masterclass will teach you how to make 4 different kinds of authentic sushi in a relaxed and fun environment. Children (8+) must be accompanied by an adult. Friday 20th November – Showaddywaddy in Concert
