Tuesday 7th January – Helping Your Child with Phonics
This online taster course is designed to give you an overview of what ‘phonics’ is and how phonics is taught in school from age 3-7 yrs old. You will learn about Phonics terms such as ‘digraph’ and ‘segmenting’ and how to say the sounds. You will be given ideas and resources that will help develop their child’s reading and writing skills.
