Friday 20th June – Coffee and Chat
Bring your own memories, stories and photographs to share with the group of growing up in the Garden City. Perhaps you have photographs of your house, your favourite places or where you or a family member worked. Coffee and chat morning, Fridays from 10am at Letchworth Museum, at One Garden City, Broadway, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 3BF (by Morrisons and free to attend).
Friday 20th June – Storytime
These interactive story sessions are perfect for pre-school children to enjoy with their parent/carer. Join in with a mix of picture book stories and rhymes. Fridays from 10.30am – 11am. At Letchworth Library, Broadway, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 3PF.
Saturday 21st June – Letchworth Food, Drink and Craft Festival
The Letchworth Food, Drink and Craft Festival is on every third Saturday from 10am – 4pm. At Leys Square, Letchworth.
Saturday 21st June – Junk Robot and Book Folding Workshop
As part of the Green Libraries Week celebrations, Letchworth Library, Broadway, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 3PF, are holding a free Junk Robot and Book Folding Workshop. Drop in on Saturday 21st June from 10am – 12 noon to make a robot from recycled materials or fold an old book into a decoration.
Saturday 21st June – Summer Craft and Gift Fair
Local crafters, handmade creations, cakes, refreshments and more at this summer craft and gift fair. At St Thomas Church, Bedford Road, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 4DU. Saturday 21st June from 12 noon – 4pm.
Sunday 22nd June – Rainbow Run
The Rainbow Run is a family-friendly colour run. Get ready to experience a burst of colour and laughter as you come together for a day of fun and giving back to your local hospitals. This exciting event will take place on Sunday 22nd June from 9am at Letchworth Garden City Rugby Club, Baldock Road, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 2EN. Take on a 2.5k, 5k or the smile mile. As you make your way through the course, be prepared to be showered with a vibrant array of colours at the colour stations. By participating in the Rainbow Run, you will be supporting Lister Hospital, New QEII, Hertford County Hospital and Mount Vernon Cancer Centre. For further information and to book click here

Whether you are a die-hard fan or new to the world of comics, there is something here for everyone. Come in costume, bring your friends, and celebrate your favourite fandoms. In the heart of Letchworth Garden City this is packed with excitement, creativity, and all things geeky. Friday 27th and Saturday 28th June.
Saturday 28th June – Armed Forces Day
Show Your Support on Saturday 28th June at Armed Forces Day Letchworth held at Broadway Gardens in the Letchworth Town Centre, part of the Letchworth Festival. There will be live action and demonstrations, music and performances, stalls and games, inflatables and food and drink for everyone to enjoy. Saturday 28th June from 10am.
Wednesday 2nd July – Pic N Mix
Join Letchworth Library, Broadway, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 3PF, for refreshments and a chat on the first Wednesday of each month from 10.30am – 12 noon, and make some new friends.
Saturday 5th July – Summer Fair
Join Northfields Infants and Nursery School for a fun-filled, family day out on Saturday 5th July from 11am – 2pm. There will be stalls and games, face painting, BBQ, archery, bouncy castles and rides, delicious desserts, market stalls and more.
Sunday 6th July – Willian Village Fair
All the usual fair fun with village teas, games, fun fair, face painter, craft and pre-loved stalls, BBQ, bar and entertainment. Sunday 6th July from 1pm – 5pm. At Willian Green, Baldock Lane, Willian, SG6 2AE.
Monday 7th July – LEGO Club

Wednesday 9th July – Letchworth Community Forum

Saturday 12th July – Family Arts
Get creative at this workshops in the Family Arts Studio at the Broadway Gallery, The Arcade, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 3EW. Recommend for 3-10 year olds and they kindly ask for parents and guardians to supervise their children at all times. Inflatables, rides, beat the goalie, tombola’s, jolly jars, hot and cold food and drinks, bar, ice cream, popcorn, raffles, face painting, makers market and more. Everyone welcome and free entry. St Thomas More School, Highfield, Letchworth. Sunday 13th July from 12 noon – 3pm.
Wednesday 16th July – Create and Chat for Adults
Letchworth Library, Broadway, Letchworth Garden City, SG6 3PF, run a Create and Chat for adults crafting group every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 10.30am – 12 noon. It is a free drop-in group. Bring along your own crafting projects and share ideas with like-minded people. They can also help to get you started with knitting, crochet and sewing.
Saturday 19th July – Community Surgery
