Wednesday 26th March – Games Afternoon
Games Afternoon every Wednesdays from 2pm – 4pm is an afternoon of traditional games and puzzles for seniors, refreshments are served too. At High Street Baptist Church, 89 High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB

Friday 28th March – Baby Rhyme Time
These fun, half hour sessions of songs and rhymes are perfect for helping your child to learn language skills and are an opportunity for you to meet other families too. Every Friday from 10.30am – 11am. At Berkhamsted Library, 185 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HB.

Friday 28th March – Lego Club for Children
Join Tring Library, High Street, HP23 4AF, for this Lego Club for Children. Suitable for ages 5-12. Saturday 22nd March from 2pm – 3pm.

Saturday 29th March – Warhammer Club
Whether you are new to Warhammer or an experienced player, this Warhammer Club is for you. Join a team of volunteers for a session where you can bring your own army or paint one of their 40K or Age of Sigmar models to get you started. At Berkhamsted Library, 185 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HB. Last Saturday of the month from 10am – 12 noon. The club is for ages 14 to 24 and sessions are completely free.

Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March – Artists and Makers Berkhamsted
Join Herts Visual Arts at the Berkhamsted Civic Centre, 161-163 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HD, for a weekend filled with creativity and inspiration. This in-person event showcases the talent of local artists and makers, offering a unique opportunity to explore and purchase their one-of-a-kind creations. From paintings to pottery, jewellery to textiles, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March from 10am – 4pm.

Sunday 30th March – Wines Around The World Tasting
Corney and Barrow East Anglia are delighted to bring their first tasting to Berkhamsted. Showcasing seven wines from all over the globe, giving you the opportunity to explore some of their fantastic producers. Whether you are new to wine or steeped in your knowledge this is open to all and hopefully you will learn something new. Sunday 30th March from 4.30pm – 6.30pm. At Berkhamsted Town Hall. Monday 31st March – Kids Boxing Fun
Kids boxing fun every Monday from 6pm – 6.50pm, at Berkhamsted Leisure Centre, Lagley Meadow, Douglas Gardens, Berkhamsted, HP4 3QQ. Ages 8+. Fully trained, insured, First Aid certified and DBS checked coaches. Until at least September 2025.

Monday 31st March – Board Games
Regular drop-in games evening. They play a selection of games, aiming for short and fun. Feel free to turn up any time as there are usually several games running in parallel you can join. Tuesday 1st April – Baby Group
Baby Group every Tuesdays from 10.30am – 12 noon for parents/carers and their young babies, a wonderful way to meet new people in a supportive and friendly group. At High Street Baptist Church, 89 High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB.

Tuesday 1st April – Craft Club
Weekly craft club on Tuesdays from 7pm – 9pm. Bring along any crafts you are doing and spend an evening with likeminded crafty people. It is a great time to share tips. Beginners and experts welcome. Free event, but please buy a drink or food at the bar so they can keep using the venue for free. At The Grand Junction Arms, Tring, HP23 5QE. Until at least 15th July.

Tuesday 1st April – Chess Group
A casual, drop in group, come when you wish, every week or once a month or whatever, informal and friendly. Everyone welcome. Every Tuesday from 7.30pm at The Robin Hood, Brook Street, Tring, HP23 5ED.

Wednesday 2nd April – Compassionate Cafe
Compassionate Cafés are a place where people who have experienced a loss, such as a bereavement, can pop in for a cuppa, a cake, and a friendly person to talk to. It provides a safe environment for individuals to come together, have a friendly chat, and connect with others who may share similar experiences. First Wednesday each month from 1.30pm – 3pm, at Wigginton Community Shop and Café, The Sports Ground, Chesham Road, Wigginton, HP23 6HH.

Wednesday 2nd April – Brush Party
Join Brush Party, the UK’s ‘Paint and Sip’ experts at The Kings Arms, King Street, Tring, HP23 6BE, on Wednesday 2nd April from 7pm – 10pm, to create their fabulous theme A Room with a View. For further information and to book click here

This Pop Up Bazaar Berkhamsted which is located within the historic building of the town hall, 196 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3AP, Berkhamsted has some amazing independent stall holders who create/make/scour/source/and bring you unique gifts each month from 10am – 2pm. Next is 3rd May and 18th May.

Saturday 5th April – Orchid Care Talk
An Orchid care talk, presented by Plant Physiologist Manos Kanellos, on Saturday 5th April from 11am, at Woods of Berkhamsted Garden Centre, 292-294 High Street, The Old Iron Works, Berkhamsted, HP4 1BJ. This talk costs £5 per person, with tickets being purchasable in store. Dive into the wonderful world of orchids and let Manos take you through the process of re-potting an orchid, how to look after these amazing plants and how best to encourage them to re-flower, so you can enjoy their gorgeous blooms time and time again. Even bring your orchid along with you for re-potting and a MOT afterwards, and in return, it will reward you with a glamorous, exotic display. Whether you are a novice or seasoned grower, there will be something for every orchid lover.

Sunday 6th April – Berkhamsted Antiques and Vintage Market
Antiques and vintage street market runs on the first Sunday of the month from March until December. Explore the High Street filled with stalls selling an array of antique and vintage items including furniture, records, vintage clothing, books, lighting, mirrors and more. At Berkhamsted High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3AP, from 9.30am – 3.30pm.

Sunday 6th April – Eco Hub
Talks from Sunnyside Rural Trust on wildlife and growing your own veg and from the founder of their Food Stories – a community food growing project. They also have a seed swap in collaboration with Sunnyside Rural Trust, as well as the wonderful Parents for Future with a fabulous creative activity for the kids. Monday 7th April – Tring Yarn Bombers
Tring Yarn Bombers welcome you to the library, Mondays – fortnightly from 1pm – 2.30pm. Free of charge and everyone welcome. At Tring Library, High Street, HP23 4AF. Next is 21st April.

Saturday 12th April – Tring Farmers Market
Tring Farmers Market began in May 1999 to promote the sale of local food for local people. Since then it has established a reputation as a really friendly shopping experience. All food is either made or grown locally and the people serving you are usually the producers who are willing to answer any questions regarding the products. Saturday from 9am – 12.30pm. The market is on the second and fourth Saturday of the month.

Tuesday 22nd April – Brush Party
Join Brush Party, the UK’s ‘Paint and Sip’ experts, at The Crystal Palace, Station Road, Berkhamsted, HP4 2EZ, on Tuesday 22nd April from 7pm – 10pm to paint their fabulous theme Summer of Love. For further information and to book click here

Saturday 26th April – Tring Together Spring Fayre
The Tring Together Spring Fayre is a two-week period dedicated to welcoming Spring in Tring, supporting the good causes of our local community groups and charities as well as highlighting the beauty of our surrounding countryside and promoting related activities. The launch is on Saturday 26th April from 10am – 2pm in the St Peter and St Paul Church Yard, Tring. Highlight is the pop-up zoo with farm animals to stroke, feed and admire. There will also be community and charity stalls informing you about their good causes and how you too can get involved and Tring Music Partnership will deliver the tunes. Plus, they have teamed up with Tring Farmers’ Market who will be on Church Square and offer an abundance of top quality produce locally sourced.

Sunday 27th April – National Garden Scheme: Open Day
Join Ashridge House, Berkhamsted, HP4 1NS, for a spectacular day in their Grade II gardens. Wander through their historic ‘Garden of Gardens’, browse a selection of stalls with a variety of plants available to purchase, and much more. Saturday 10th May – Adult Dawn Chorus Walk
Come and experience nature’s great symphony, the dawn chorus, at College Lake Nature Reserve. Join the Warden for a gentle two hour stroll around the reserve, as you listen for different birds living amongst their varied habitats. They will wander down woodland paths, through open chalk grasslands, and get close to the reedbeds along the lake edge in search of different birdlife and their individual songs. Friday 16th May – Golf Day
Tring Together will be returning to Stocks Golf Course, set in the glorious Chiltern Hills, near the Ashridge Estate. This is your opportunity to enjoy a fantastic day at this exclusive, members-only golf course whilst raising funds for the great work that Tring Together instigates and organises within the community. Saturday 17th May – Plant Sale and Open Garden
Come along for all your summer bedding plants, perennials, vegetables and more. Enjoy a slice of homemade cake and learn all about the stunning gardens with tours from the expert volunteer gardening team. Saturday 17th May from 10am – 3pm. At Spring Garden Lane, HP4 3GW.

Thursday 22nd May – Introduction To Butterflies Walk
Take a walk across the beautiful Albury Nowers with a Reserve Officer. See what butterflies you can see, all levels of butterfly enthusiast welcome. Please be aware this walk will cover very steep ground, going through gates and stiles. This event is weather dependent and may need to be cancelled at short notice. Sunday 15th June – Marsworth Steam and Classic Rally
Hundreds of vintage and classic vehicles will be gleaming including some very impressive cars, tractors, commercials and military vehicles. Stunning exhibits aside, there will also be an abundance of activities to keep all entertained. For the little ones and the young at heart the children’s vintage fairground is always a success, and throughout the day there will be various events in the arena, some enabling audience participation, plus their lve band, Pickled Tink, are back.
The Beer and Tea tents will be on hand with a selection of Local Real Ales and hefty slabs of cake, all accompanied by live music. Proceeds from the day help very worthy causes and go towards supporting local charities and community projects in need of a helping hand. Sunday 15th June from 11am – 5pm. Saturday 21st June – DENS Woodland Trail
Walk or run your choice of 5 or 10-mile routes, while immersing yourself in beautiful woodland and nature on a summer’s day. Starting from the historic setting of Berkhamsted Castle, White Hill, Berkhamsted, HP4 1LJ, you will enjoy well-signed routes and receive a special finisher’s token. Every penny raised at the DENS Woodland Trail will help local individuals and families facing homelessness, poverty and social exclusion. Saturday 21st June.
