Wednesday 22nd January – Games Afternoon
Games Afternoon every Wednesdays from 2pm – 4pm is an afternoon of traditional games and puzzles for seniors, refreshments are served too. At High Street Baptist Church, 89 High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB.
Thursday 23rd January – Auction Valuation
Curious about the value of your heirlooms or antiques? This informal and fun event is your chance to get your treasures assessed by an expert. Join Hansons experts and bring your gold, jewellery, silver, medals, coins, collectibles, and antiques to this weekly valuation day, with the option to consign them for their next auction. No charge and no appointments needed—just drop by and find out how much your antiques are worth. Thursdays from 10am – 1pm, at The Kings Arms, 147 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HL. Until 27th March.
Friday 24th January – Baby Rhyme Time
These fun, half hour sessions of songs and rhymes are perfect for helping your child to learn language skills and are an opportunity for you to meet other families too. Every Friday from 10.30am – 11am. At Berkhamsted Library, 185 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HB.
Saturday 25th January – Tring Farmers Market
Tring Farmers Market began in May 1999 to promote the sale of local food for local people. Since then it has established a reputation as a really friendly shopping experience. All food is either made or grown locally and the people serving you are usually the producers who are willing to answer any questions regarding the products. Saturday from 9am – 12.30pm. The market is on the second and fourth Saturday of the month.
Monday 27th January – Tring Yarn Bombers
Tring Yarn Bombers welcome you to the library, Mondays – fortnightly from 1pm – 2.30pm. Free of charge and everyone welcome. At Tring Library, High Street, HP23 4AF. Next is 10th February.
Monday 27th January – Kids Boxing Fun
Kids boxing fun every Monday from 6pm – 6.50pm, at Berkhamsted Leisure Centre, Lagley Meadow, Douglas Gardens, Berkhamsted, HP4 3QQ. Ages 8+. Fully trained, insured, First Aid certified and DBS checked coaches. Until at least September 2025.

Regular drop-in games evening. They play a selection of games, aiming for short and fun. Feel free to turn up any time as there are usually several games running in parallel you can join. Tuesday 28th January – Baby Group
Baby Group every Tuesdays from 10.30am – 12 noon for parents/carers and their young babies, a wonderful way to meet new people in a supportive and friendly group. At High Street Baptist Church, 89 High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB.
Tuesday 28th January – Chess Group
A casual, drop in group, come when you wish, every week or once a month or whatever, informal and friendly. Everyone welcome. Every Tuesday from 7.30pm at The Robin Hood, Brook Street, Tring, HP23 5ED.
Friday 31st January – Lego Club for Children
As part of their 40 years celebrations, Tring Library, High Street, HP23 4AF, will be hosting a Lego session on Friday 31st January from 4pm. Limited spaces, please book at the Library.
Friday 31st January – Tring Music Partnership: Fundraising Quiz
Come along for a joyful evening in great company that will put your knowledge to the test and support a fantastic cause. Tring Music Partnership connects and supports everything musical in Tring. Their workshops are either free or heavily subsidised and with your support they will be able to continue making music accessible to everyone. Saturday 1st February – Brentwood Mac

Sunday 2nd February – Eco Hub
Talks from Sunnyside Rural Trust on wildlife and growing your own veg and from the founder of their Food Stories – a community food growing project. They also have a seed swap in collaboration with Sunnyside Rural Trust, as well as the wonderful Parents for Future with a fabulous creative activity for the kids. Wednesday 5th February – Compassionate Cafe
Compassionate Cafés are a place where people who have experienced a loss, such as a bereavement, can pop in for a cuppa, a cake, and a friendly person to talk to. It provides a safe environment for individuals to come together, have a friendly chat, and connect with others who may share similar experiences. First Wednesday each month from 1.30pm – 3pm, at Wigginton Community Shop and Café, The Sports Ground, Chesham Road, Wigginton, HP23 6HH.
Wednesday 5th February – Brush Party

Friday 28th February – Sunday 2nd March – Tring Spring FEASTival
The FEASTival is warming up and comes to Tring bringing its eclectic mix of grocery stalls, crafts and street foods to the Market Place for an early season visit. A special gathering with a blend of retail therapy, entertainment and ‘alfresco’ dining. Friday: 11am – 5pm – Saturday: 9am – 5pm and Sunday: 10am – 4pm.
Sunday 2nd March – Berkhamsted Antiques and Vintage Market
Antiques and vintage street market runs on the first Sunday of the month from March until December. Explore the High Street filled with stalls selling an array of antique and vintage items including furniture, records, vintage clothing, books, lighting, mirrors and more. Saturday 15th March – Come and Sing Requiem
Come and join Berkhamsted Choral Society for a workshop where they will be singing Mozart’s Requiem. This is for both experienced singers who may be familiar with this work and also those who would like to give choral singing a go and have an opportunity to learn this beautiful and popular work in an informal and welcoming atmosphere. Join Herts Visual Arts at the Berkhamsted Civic Centre, 161-163 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HD, for a weekend filled with creativity and inspiration. This in-person event showcases the talent of local artists and makers, offering a unique opportunity to explore and purchase their one-of-a-kind creations. From paintings to pottery, jewellery to textiles, there is something for everyone to enjoy. Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th March from 10am – 4pm.

Sunday 15th June – Marsworth Steam and Classic Rally
Hundreds of vintage and classic vehicles will be gleaming including some very impressive cars, tractors, commercials and military vehicles. Stunning exhibits aside, there will also be an abundance of activities to keep all entertained. For the little ones and the young at heart the children’s vintage fairground is always a success, and throughout the day there will be various events in the arena, some enabling audience participation, plus their lve band, Pickled Tink, are back.
The Beer and Tea tents will be on hand with a selection of Local Real Ales and hefty slabs of cake, all accompanied by live music. Proceeds from the day help very worthy causes and go towards supporting local charities and community projects in need of a helping hand. Sunday 15th June from 11am – 5pm.
