Friday 30th May – Creative Community Cafes
Creative Community Cafes are open to you in Borehamwood and Radlett for crafting with free refreshments. Bring your current project, meet new friends with similar interests, and chat about your hobbies. At Organ Hall, 37 Bairstow Close, Borehamwood, WD6 4TB, on Fridays from 10am – 2pm. Sunday 1st June – The Friends

Tuesday 3rd June – Baby Group
Meet other families with young babies in a supportive, stimulating and friendly environment. During the 90 minute session there will be time for babies to play, discover more about their development and support your wellbeing as a new parent. £1.50 per family drop in pay on the day. Thursday 5th June – Brush Party

Saturday 7th June – Print and Create
In this creative and colourful hands-on workshop, you will design and print small fabric samples using inks, papers and a heat press, guided by artist Hazel Russell. You will use a variety of materials experimenting with textures, patterns and colour. You will then have the opportunity to create your own unique tote bag to take home. Sunday 22nd June – Farmers and Craft Market
The Town Council runs a monthly Farmers’ and Craft Market on the 4th Sunday of each month from 10am – 2pm, at Brook Road Car Park, Borehamwood, WD6 5HQ. A mixture of stalls including fresh fruit & vegetables, meats, breads, cheeses, crafts, gifts and other exciting products from local small businesses.

Saturday 28th June – Hertfordshire Big Band
The Hertfordshire Big Band return to Shenley’s Walled Garden, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9DW. Gather the family and friends and bring a picnic for an afternoon of big band jazz. From the giants of the 1940s, through to modern-day big band music, they will be performing a varied and contemporary repertoire throughout the afternoon, covering everything from swing to Latin to funk. This summer, the Elstree and Borehamwood Civic Festival proudly presents the Civic Festival Concert, a captivating evening of orchestral music performed by the highly regarded Elstree Mozart Players. Set in the enchanting surroundings of All Saints Church, Shenley Road, Borehamwood, WD6 1EB, this concert promises an inspiring programme featuring both timeless classics and contemporary gems. Sunday 6th July – Shenley Village Fete
Experience the thrill of a traditional village show at the Shenley Village Fete. Enjoy a day filled with fun, games, food, and family-friendly entertainment. Immerse yourself in the local community spirit as you explore the various stalls and activities. The Fete is in Harris Lane Playing Field, Radlett, which is next to Harris Lane, off London Road, the main road through the village. Parking is in the field adjacent to Harris Lane Playing Field. Sunday 20th July – Arts At Elstree
A series of classical music recitals will be held in Elstree Village, organised by The Liberal Synagogue Elstree (TLSE) and supported by Elstree and Borehamwood Town Council. These events are open to all. They hope the Arts At Elstree programme will be expanded to other forms of music and arts in the coming months, and that other venues in Elstree Village will also be able to host. Monday 11th August – Summertime Radlett
A free family fun day at Phillimore Recreation Ground, Gills Hill, Radlett, WD7 8AL, it is the perfect summer outing for families, friends, and the whole community. With Funfair Rides, Inflatable Football Pitch, Bouncy Castles, Face Painting, Food and Drink, Community Stalls, crafts and more. Monday 11th August from 11am – 2pm.

Thursday 7th September – Paws On The Green Charity Dog Show

Thursday 11th September – Paul Zerdin: Jaw Drop Tour
Get ready for a night of laughter and jaw-dropping entertainment with the Paul Zerdin. As a former America’s Got Talent winner, Paul promises an evening of top-notch stand-up comedy and ventriloquism, including his famous human dummy routine with an exciting new twist. Upstage Productions present Cinderella as the 2025 traditional family pantomime. They promise dazzling choreography, stunning sets, uplifting live music, glamourous costumes (for most of the cast members) and, of course, plenty of audience participation.
