Thursday 19th June – Knit and Natter

Friday 20th June – International Yoga Day

Join this free International Yoga Day session in Maxwell Park, Borehamwood, on Friday 20th June from 11am – 12 noon. Whether you are experienced in yoga or a complete beginner, this event is open to anyone over the age of 16. Just bring your positive energy and a yoga mat. Immerse yourself in rejuvenating yoga surrounded by the beauty of nature; our experienced instructor will guide you through a series of poses and breathing exercises to help you find balance and inner peace. Connect with like-minded individuals and celebrate the essence of yoga together.

There are limited spots available for this session, with a maximum capacity of 50 participants. Meet in Maxwell Park, just in front of the community centre where the session will take place. Saturday 21st June – Rackets Festival

An exciting Family Rackets Festival, your all-in-one introduction to squash, squash57 (racketball), table tennis, tennis, and pickleball at the Radlett Lawn Tennis and Squash Club. Whether you are picking up a racket for the first time or returning to the court after a break, this is your chance to experience multiple fast-paced sports in a single afternoon. This is more than a taster day, it is a celebration of community, fun, and active living. Saturday 21st June – Pastyme with Good Company

Sunday 22nd June – Farmers and Craft Market

The Town Council runs a monthly Farmers’ and Craft Market on the 4th Sunday of each month from 10am – 2pm, at Brook Road Car Park, Borehamwood, WD6 5HQ. A mixture of stalls including fresh fruit & vegetables, meats, breads, cheeses, crafts, gifts and other exciting products from local small businesses.


Sunday 22nd June – The Friends

Friday 27th June – Monthly Meetup

A friendly meetup for a chat and nibbles. All welcome. At The Waggon and Horses, Watling Street, Elstree, Radlett, Borehamwood, WD6 3AA. Last Friday of the month from 7.30pm – 9pm, until the end of December.


Saturday 28th June – Hertfordshire Big Band

The Hertfordshire Big Band return to Shenley’s Walled Garden, Shenley, Radlett, WD7 9DW. Gather the family and friends and bring a picnic for an afternoon of big band jazz. From the giants of the 1940s, through to modern-day big band music, they will be performing a varied and contemporary repertoire throughout the afternoon, covering everything from swing to Latin to funk. Saturday 28th June – 70 years of Radlett Choir

Radlett Choir will be performing a selection of beautiful and uplifting music for choir, including Vivaldi’s Gloria and Durante’s Magnificat in B-flat major. To help them celebrate the occasion, they are excited to be joined by two outstanding professional soloists, Melissa Davies (mezzo soprano) and Lucy Knight (soprano), and the wonderful Cassiobury Players string quartet. Sunday 29th June –  Civic Festival Concert

This summer, the Elstree and Borehamwood Civic Festival proudly presents the Civic Festival Concert, a captivating evening of orchestral music performed by the highly regarded Elstree Mozart Players. Set in the enchanting surroundings of All Saints Church, Shenley Road, Borehamwood, WD6 1EB, this concert promises an inspiring programme featuring both timeless classics and contemporary gems. Join Elstree and Borehamwood Council for this food festival, with international food stalls, big top circus, brass band concert, kids rides, farmers and craft market. Sunday 6th July from 11am – 4pm. At Meadow Park, Borehamwood.


Sunday 6th July – Shenley Village Fete

Experience the thrill of a traditional village show at the Shenley Village Fete. Enjoy a day filled with fun, games, food, and family-friendly entertainment. Immerse yourself in the local community spirit as you explore the various stalls and activities. The Fete is in Harris Lane Playing Field, Radlett, which is next to Harris Lane, off London Road, the main road through the village. Parking is in the field adjacent to Harris Lane Playing Field. Sunday 6th July from 12 noon – 4.45pm.


Saturday 12th July – St John the Baptist church: Open Day

Come and marvel at the beautiful medieval church of St John the Baptist church, Church Lane, Radlett, WD25 8BE, in the heart of the picturesque village. Worship has taken place here for over 750 years. At 10.30am, coffee and cake. 11.30am, a one hour concert for all to enjoy. Entry free but donations welcome of course to help preserve this ancient church. At 12.30pm the Church will be open until 4.30pm to explore, admire and enjoy tea, and cakes and maybe some other activities to be decided.

Sunday 20th July – Arts At Elstree

A series of classical music recitals will be held in Elstree Village, organised by The Liberal Synagogue Elstree (TLSE) and supported by Elstree and Borehamwood Town Council. These events are open to all. They hope the Arts At Elstree programme will be expanded to other forms of music and arts in the coming months, and that other venues in Elstree Village will also be able to host. Monday 11th August – Summertime Radlett

A free family fun day at Phillimore Recreation Ground, Gills Hill, Radlett, WD7 8AL, it is the perfect summer outing for families, friends, and the whole community. With Funfair Rides, Inflatable Football Pitch, Bouncy Castles, Face Painting, Food and Drink, Community Stalls, crafts and more. Monday 11th August from 11am – 2pm.


Sunday 17th August – Family Fun Day

Sunday 7th September – Paws On The Green Charity Dog Show

Join a fun-filled day with doggy delights. Enjoy agility, recall challenges, photos, food stalls, grooming demos, and the ‘Best in Show’ winner announcement. Perfect for dog lovers. Thursday 11th September – Paul Zerdin: Jaw Drop Tour


Get ready for a night of laughter and jaw-dropping entertainment with the Paul Zerdin. As a former America’s Got Talent winner, Paul promises an evening of top-notch stand-up comedy and ventriloquism, including his famous human dummy routine with an exciting new twist. Thursday 27th November – Christmas Memories

Neil Sands and his amazing cast return with the brand-new 2025 production of their must-see Christmas Cracker. An afternoon full of festive joy and heart-warming nostalgia, featuring over 60 of your all-time favourite Christmas songs and carols.
