Saturday 21st December – Teen Book Group
Run by My Voice volunteers, this group will be held every Saturday from 3pm – 4pm. Come along to discuss what you have been reading and have a chat. There will be snacks. ParkPlay is a two-hour long play session of fun and games for everyone every Saturday morning from 10am. At Snowley Park, Parsonage Lane, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 5AA. Activities are relaxed enough to attract the shy and less confident, but structured enough to reassure.
Thursday 2nd January – Story Time
Bring the kids along on Thursdays from 2pm for story time, all are welcome. This event is free and suitable for children under 7 years of age. At Bishop’s Stortford Library, The Causeway, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 2EJ.
Friday 3rd January – Friday Storytime
Join in with stories and rhymes, ideal for children aged 2-5. There is no need to book, just turn up. This event is free, but donations are welcome. First Friday of the month from 10.30am – 11am. At Bishop’s Stortford Library, The Causeway, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 2EJ.

Monday 6th January – Silent Book Club
Join Bishop’s Stortford Methodist Church, 34B South Street, Bishop’s Stortford, CM23 3AZ, for this Silent Book Club meeting. They will be gathering on the first Monday of the month from 1.30pm – 3.45pm to read. Come prepared to immerse yourself in a peaceful atmosphere, enjoy some refreshments, and connect with like-minded book lovers.
Tuesday 7th January – Baby Rhyme Time
These fun, half hour sessions of songs and rhymes are perfect for helping your child to learn language skills and are an opportunity for you to meet other families too. Baby Rhyme Time is free though donations are welcomed. No booking required. Tuesdays from 10.15am – 10.45am and 11.15am – 11.45am. Tuesday 7th January – Board Games Club
At this Board Games Club, you can have fun playing games like Snakes and Ladders, Dominoes or Snap. Or even, write rules, forfeits and rewards to create your own board game. It runs every Tuesday from 4pm – 5pm so drop in at any point during the hour. It is for anyone aged 6+ and is free to attend. Tuesday 7th January – Crafts, Games and Bible Stories

Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid for preschool, nursery practitioners, childminders, nannies and other childcare professionals. The course meets the requirements for Ofsted and EYFS.
