Friday 17th May – Charity Golf Day

Tring Town Council hold a market every Friday morning at Church Square and Mansion Vista in Tring. Come along and see what they have on offer.


Friday 17th May – Baby Rhyme Time

These fun, half hour sessions of songs and rhymes are perfect for helping your child to learn language skills and are an opportunity for you to meet other families too. For the comfort and safety of families they may have to limit numbers so entry to a session cannot be guaranteed. Every Friday from 10.30am – 11am. Saturday 18th May – Storytime

These interactive story sessions are perfect for pre-school children to enjoy with their parent/carer. Join in with a mix of picture book stories and rhymes. Every Saturday from 2.15pm – 2.45pm. At Berkhamsted Library, 185 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HB.


Saturday 18th May – Plant Sale and Open Garden

Come along to The Hospice Of St Francis, Spring Garden Lane, Berkhamsted, HP4 3GW, on Saturday 18th May for all your summer bedding plants, perennials, vegetables and more. Enjoy a slice of homemade cake and learn all about their stunning gardens with tours from their expert volunteer gardening team. Garden Tours: 10.15am, 12 noon and 1pm. Gardener’s Question Time: 11am and 12.45pm.


Sunday 19th May – Berkhamsted Farmers Market

Berko FM provides the opportunity for local customers to buy high quality produce direct from the producer. The massive range includes beef, pork, lamb, poultry, fish, fresh veg, bird seeds, sweet & savoury pies, muesli, plants and herbs, honey, beeswax, free range eggs, crepes, hot dogs, burgers and bacon sarnies to go, a fantastic range of breads, olive oil, rapeseed oil, ready prepared meals, a fantastic range of cheeses, apple juice, wine from a vineyard just two miles away and curry sauces to name just a few. Tuesday 21st May – Baby Group

Baby Group every Tuesdays from 10.30am – 12 noon for parents/carers and their young babies, a wonderful way to meet new people in a supportive and friendly group. At High Street Baptist Church, 89 High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB.


Tuesday 21st May – IT Champions

IT Champions offer one-to-one support, problem-solving, and online safety advice for users of the library computers and WiFi. At Tring Library, High Street, Tring, HP23 4AF. Every Tuesday from 1pm – 3pm.


Wednesday 22nd May – Games Afternoon

Games Afternoon every Wednesdays from 2pm – 4pm is an afternoon of traditional games and puzzles for seniors, refreshments are served too. At High Street Baptist Church, 89 High Street, Tring, HP23 4AB.


Wednesday 22nd May – LEGO Club for Children

Suitable for children aged 7 to 12 years old, this club is on every Wednesday from 3.45pm – 4.45pm. At Berkhamsted Library, 185 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HB.


Thursday 23rd May – Thursday Fun Club

Play board games such as Scrabble, Othello, chess, Connect 4 and more. Quiz sessions on many different topics. Book and film reviews. Club run by the My Voice volunteers at Tring Library, High Street, Tring, HP23 4AF. Every Thursday from 4.30pm – 5.30pm. Drop in sessions, everyone is welcome, all ages.


Saturday 25th May – Tring Farmers Market

Tring Farmers Market began in May 1999 to promote the sale of local food for local people. Since then it has established a reputation as a really friendly shopping experience. All food is either made or grown locally and the people serving you are usually the producers who are willing to answer any questions regarding the products. Saturday from 9am – 12.30pm. The market is on the second and fourth Saturday of the month.


Tuesday 28th May – Quiz Night

Rally your squad, or roll in solo, this is your chance to shine, bask in glory, and maybe discover you are the Einstein of bar banter. No reservations needed. Just show up, grab a seat, and prepare for the ultimate battle of brains (£3pp Cash-Only). Tuesday 28th May from 7.30pm – 9pm. At The Kings Arms, High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3HL. Saturday 1st June – Pop Up Bazaar

The Pop Up Bazaar cordially invites you to pop along and do some fab high street shopping at Berkhamsted Town Hall, 196 High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3AP. Saturday 1st June from 10am – 4pm.

They have ever changing stall holders but to give you an idea they may feature: wood sculptures, clocks, scarves, personalised gifts, resin art, glass art, Body Shop, original artwork, jewellery, candles, patisseries, chocolate, dog treats and clothing, pet portraits, local artist, home grown Authors, Forever and Tropic Skincare, French Linen and soaps, bags, cards, towels, kids festival wear, crochet knits, baby clothing, baubles and paintings and lots lots more.


Sunday 2nd June – Berkhamsted Antiques and Vintage Market

Antiques and vintage street market runs on the first Sunday of the month from March until December. Explore the High Street filled with stalls selling an array of antique and vintage items including furniture, records, vintage clothing, books, lighting, mirrors and more. At Berkhamsted High Street, Berkhamsted, HP4 3AP, from 9.30am – 3.30pm.


Sunday 2nd June – Eco Hub

Talks from Sunnyside Rural Trust on wildlife and growing your own veg and from the founder of their Food Stories – a community food growing project. They also have a seed swap in collaboration with Sunnyside Rural Trust, as well as the wonderful Parents for Future with a fabulous creative activity for the kids. Monday 3rd June – Visually Impaired Reading Group

Coping with sight loss? Hear from an inspiring member of the Library Visually Impaired Reading Group talk about his life, and his continued interest in books. Sunday 16th June – Marsworth Steam and Classic Rally

Hundreds of vintage and classic vehicles will be gleaming at Marsworth, including some very impressive cars, tractors, commercials and military vehicles. Stunning exhibits aside, there will also be an abundance of activities to keep all entertained and they have got more than enough to keep the young and not-so-young happy.

For the little ones and the young at heart the children’s vintage fairground is always a success, steam engine rides will be running throughout the day too and as well as the side shows there will be various events in the arena throughout the day, some enabling audience participation. Thursday 27th June – Big Quiz Night

Join Tring Together with your family and friends on Thursday 27th June in the Tring Brewery Marquee, Pound Meadow, Tring, HP23 5NG, for a fun-filled evening. Doors open 6pm and the quiz starts at 7.30pm. There is a maximum of 6 people per table. The Tring Brewery Bar will be open all night, also serving wines, bubbles and a variety of soft drinks. Saturday 6th – Sunday 7th July – Much Ado About Nothing

Experience one of Shakespeare’s most loved comedies performed in the grounds of Tring Park’s Mansion by the Sixth Form Acting Course. BBQ food and refreshments will be available to purchase throughout the performances. It is advised that you bring a blanket or chair to sit on as this is an outdoor event. Sunday 7th July – Big Deaf Summer Picnic
